TiRe

TiRe (Tissue Repair) is a curated, publicly available database currently containing an extensive collection of skin wound healing-associated genes established in in vivo studies, both in model organisms (mouse, rat, swine) and in humans.TiRe will serve as a platform for a comprehensive compendium on many aspects of wound healing, including other organs, pathologies, in vitro models, gene expression, etc.TiRe（Tissue Repair，组织修复）是一套经人工精心整理的公开可用数据库，目前收录了大量经体内（in vivo）实验验证的皮肤伤口愈合相关基因，研究样本覆盖模式生物（小鼠、大鼠、猪）及人类。该数据库未来将作为涵盖伤口愈合多维度研究的综合汇编平台，研究范畴可拓展至其他器官、病理状态、体外（in vitro）模型及基因表达等多个领域。
