Phalloidin Staining of Latrunculin A and Jasplakinolide-Treated Cells

False-colored fluorescence micrographs of cells (U2OS or BJ fibroblast expressing hTERT and Cas9) phalloidin and hoechst stained. Cells were incubated in the indicated concentration of Latrunculin A (LatA) for 60 min or jasplakinolide (jasp) for 120 min in media and fixed and stained. Incubation in 0.1% DMSO in cell media was conducted for the same duration for controls.
