MaxSAT Evaluation: Complete Benchmark Collection

The complete MaxSAT Evaluation benchmark collection, normalized with std_wcnf and metadata tracked with gbd. Benchmark instances are split into groups by submission year (see <year>.zip) and are individually xz-compressed. Metadata for all benchmark instances is included in the wcnf_meta.db (manually tracked metadata, such as the submitter, family, what evaluation track the instance has been used in, etc) and wcnf_base.db (automatically extracted instance statistics, such as number of variables, hard/soft clauses, etc).
