Epigenomic profiling mouse gastrocnemius muscle and serum in aged female mice with/without exercise, with/without nicotinamide N-methyltransferase inhibitor treatment Overall design: Four-condition experiment. Muscle samples were analyzed two ways: All groups cross-compared (Sedentary Saline-treated mice [n=9]), Sedentary Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase Inhibitor (NNMTi)-treated mice [n=9], Progressive Weighted Wheel Running (PoWeR) Saline-treated mice [n=10], and PoWeR NNMTi-treated mice [n=7]), or a subset of groups cross-compared (Sedentary Saline-treated mice [n=9] vs. PoWeR Saline-treated mice [n=10]).
