Marine Hydrokinetic Leases and Planning Areas

These areas are managed by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management within the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf for active or potential marine hydrokinetic leases for both research or commercial applications. There is currently only one, the PacWave research lease in Oregon.此类区域由美国外大陆架（U.S. Outer Continental Shelf）框架下的美国海洋能源管理局（Bureau of Ocean Energy Management）管理，用于面向研究与商业应用的现行或潜在海洋水动力租赁（marine hydrokinetic leases）业务。目前仅存在一处此类租赁项目，即位于俄勒冈州的PacWave研究租赁区块。
