The main goal of this project is to determine the prevalence of antimicrobial-resistant strains of Salmonella spp. isolated from food, from domestic animals (including amphibians, cats, dogs and reptiles) and in the natural environment by examining game animals and wild carnivores and tracking them phylogenetic origin.
