We performed RNA-seq on HeLa cells treated with MYCASO-3, a non-targeting ASO (NT-ASO), Lipofectamine alone, and untreated cells Overall design: Cells were treated for 4h or 18h with 10 nM ASO (formulated with Lipofectamine 2000 reagent). RNA was extracted with the QIAGEN RNeasy Kit, followed by library preparation and sequencing.
