Diabetic foot ulcer is a serious adverse event of diabetes. Elabela , the recently discovered ligand of apelin receptor , has been discovered to promote angiogenesis and suppress inflammation. This study aims to illustrate ELA role in DFU wound healing and its possible mechanisms.The mRNA transcriptome sequencing was performed to analyze ELA role in HUVEC biological function and potential mechanisms. Gene expression in tissues and cells was detected by qpcr and western blot, separately.
