资源简介:
Implanting biomaterials containing exosomes (Exos) or adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) are sidered a promising strategy for improving neurological recovery after spinal cord injury (SCI). However, clinical translation faces significant challenges. Combining ADSCs and their derived Exos (ADSCs/Exos) may offer a solution to these limitations. In vitro experiments using BV-2 microglial cells exposed to LPS investigated M1 polarization and cGAS-STING pathway activation via qPCR, WB, and IFA. Transcriptomic profiling identified neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory miRNAs enriched in ADSCs and their Exos.
