This article provides a comprehensive macroeconomic, institutional, and legal analysis of the impact of exchange rate volatility on the export potential in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on materials from the national legislative database, the study examines the legal framework for state support of exports, the mitigation of currency risks, and the mechanisms for ensuring the competitiveness of domestic producers in foreign markets during the period following the 2017 foreign exchange policy liberalization.
