Small RNA sequencing Hsu PIWI silencing

PIWI gene expression was reduced by dsRNA transfection in C. quinquefasciatus Hsu cells. Cells were uninfected or infected with LACV and USUV. Small RNA reads were sequenced to determine impacts of PIWI silencing on virus-derived piRNA biogenesis.
