The study aimed to identify the transmission clusters and circulating Mycobacterium tuberculosis lineages among TB cases in selected refugee camps in Ethiopia using WGS. L1, L3, L4 and L9 identified by this study was found in the samples of refugees originated from Eritrea, Somalia, South Sudan and Sudan and currently residing in refugee camps in Ethiopian.
