Hi-C of fibroblasts and germ cells from wild mice with Rb fusions

Structural data of genome organization in somatic cells (fibroblasts) and germ cells (primary spermatocytes and round spermatids) from wild mice with Rb fusions from the Barcelona Rb System. Overall design: Spermatogenesis cell populations were isolated by Fluorescence-Activated Cell sorting. Hi-C of isolated populations (primary spermatocytes at lpachynema/diplonema stage and round spermatids) and fibroblasts (by the establishment of a cell line from Rb mice tissue).
