Nacelle RUMBA was developed by the LMD, and was installed under pressurized balloons, to produce meteorological observations of high precision, regularly during the flight.
During February and April 2004, 8 superpressure balloons will be launched by CNES and LMD from Bauru (Brazil).
These flight are involved in the HIBISCUS campaign.
