<b>Ethical Clearance: 2023FEBEFREC-STD-028</b>The dataset consists of multivariate time-series operational and laboratory measurements obtained from a full-scale offshore Hydrocyclone–Induced Gas Flotation (HIGF) produced water treatment system operating on a deepwater FPSO. It integrates real-time Distributed Control System (DCS) variables such as flow rates, differential pressures, pressure drop ratios, with laboratory-determined oil-in-water (OIW) concentrations at both the Hydrocyclone and IGF outlets. In addition, selected physicochemical parameters of the produced water, including TOG, TSS, TDS, COD, BOD₅, BTEX and pH, were analysed to characterise feed variability and treatment constraints. The dataset captures fluctuating offshore operating conditions and nonlinear process interactions, with Hydrocyclone and IGF outlet OIW concentrations serving as the primary compliance-critical target variables for predictive modelling, risk assessment and digital twin development.
