Fossil coral taxonomic abundance and diversity data from IODP Expedition 325, Boulder Reef and Ribbon Reef 5 cores

The Excel spreadsheet "Table_Abundance1" represents the abundances of coral taxa identified in reef sequences indentified in IODP Expedition 325 cores and in reef units and non-reefal section of the Ribbon Reef 5 and Boulder Reef boreholes. The Excel spreadsheet "Table_Abundance2" represents the abundances of coral taxa identified in 500 year/2.5 m long stratigraphic intervals of IODP Expedition 325 boreholes and the Ribbon Reef 5 borehole. The Excel spreadsheet "Table_Richness" represent the raw data of genus richness (upper and lower bound) calculated in each reef sequence/unit of the five reef types (highstand barrier reef units of Ribbon Reef 5 borehole, highstand reef units of Boulder Reef borehole, deglacial fringing Reef 2, LGM-early deglacial fringing Reef 3a/b, and deglacial barrier Reef 4) and the non-reefal unit of the Ribbon Reef 5 borehole.
