Recent studies highlight that combining conventional antimicrobial protocols with advanced laser treatment can reduce bacterial colonization, enhance tissue healing, and preserve peri-implant bone. This review focuses on evidence-based approaches to prevent peri-implant infections, emphasizing personalized care, minimally invasive interventions, and the integration of modern technologies for optimal clinical outcomes [1, 2].
