This dataset is a collection of data derived from the research achievement titled 'Environmental Geological Hazard Monitoring Plan and Multi-index System for Fushun West Open-pit Mine'. Its main contents include: 1) datasets on the evolutionary stage patterns of slope deformation and failure in the mine; 2) reports on the dynamic monitoring and evaluation index system for mine geological hazards based on slope evolution stages; 3) reports on the dynamic monitoring plan and network design for mine geological hazards; 4) operation manuals for the dynamic monitoring plan and network design of mine geological hazards. Focusing on the slopes and surrounding affected zones of Fushun West Open-pit Mine, data analysis of environmental geological hazard monitoring conducted in recent years was carried out. By analyzing typical cases and comparing technical conditions, combined with geological survey findings, the key characteristics of environmental geological hazard problems in the Fushun West Open-pit Mine area were investigated. The primary monitoring objects were identified as the mining area environment, surrounding buildings and structures, slopes and ground surface, and a dynamic monitoring index system for environmental geological hazards in the mining area was established. The monitoring frequency was determined by referring to specifications such as the *Code for Monitoring of Collapses, Landslides and Debris Flows (DZ/T 0221-2006)* and the *Technical Code for Geological Environment Monitoring of Mines (DZ/T 0287-2015)*, in combination with actual construction conditions.
