Methane flux, topographic and abiotic environmental data concerning spatial variability of stem CH4 fluxes in a temperate Black alder stand

This data set includes calculated methane flux data in combination with topographic data such as orthometric height measured by tachymeter. Additionally it includes a DEM from the site and other abiotic environmental data as well as scripts concerning the analysis of the data.
