Live Airbnb listings for a place and dates, with the stay total and the price per night as numbers in your currency (USD if you do not say). Price range, room type and minimum beds, bedrooms and bathrooms go to Airbnb's own search; minimum rating and sort run on our side, and every response says which filter ran where. Each row carries rating, review count, coordinates and a direct link. Free BASIC plan with 100 requests a month, then $10 for 10,000.

补充：

• Booking.com API 专属字段 filters、budget_per_night、free_cancellation、hotel_name、hotel_booking_id、price_as_seen_from 会被拒绝为 unsupported_for_provider，并给出应使用的 Airbnb 参数。
• 未知参数名，如 min_bedroom，会被忽略；应检查 filters_applied，未列出的过滤器未运行。
• filters_applied 中 post_filter: true 表示该过滤在提供方侧对已解析行运行。

搜索响应字段

• 每行均包含全部键；Airbnb 未发布字段为 null，不会缺失，也不会伪造为 0。
• 标识与链接：name、provider、provider_property_id、link、room_type、location。
• 价格：price_string、price、price_total、price_per_night、price_original_total、currency、taxes_included。
• 评分与评论：review_score、review_count、rating、rating_scale。
• 住宿属性：nights、adults、beds、bedrooms、baths、available、children。
• 其他：image_url、retrieved_at、latitude、longitude。

价格与字段说明：

• price_total：Airbnb 对行上 nights 的报价总额。
• price_per_night：Airbnb 自己的每晚价格，不含 cleaning 和 service fees；若 Airbnb 未打印，则用 price_total 除以 nights，此值包含 fees。
• price_original_total：listing 折扣时的划线价。
• price_string：Airbnb 自身标签，可展示 guest 看到的内容。
• currency：请求指定；未指定则为 USD，行中会说明。
• rating_scale：此处为 5；无评分为 null。
• taxes_included：null。
• nights：Airbnb 报价对应的夜数，可能与请求日期不同。
• available：行有价格时为 true，不承诺精确日期。
• coordinates：Airbnb 在地图上放置的每行都有；未放置为 null。
• room_type：来自 Airbnb 卡片标题的属性种类，如 Room、Loft 等，不是 room_types 过滤值。
• location：卡片副标题，常为 listing 名称。

/details 端点

• 输入字段：listing_id、checkin_date、checkout_date、adults。
• listing_id 是 Airbnb 房源链接末尾数字，也是搜索行中的 provider_property_id。
• 返回：name、property type、rating、review count、coordinates、person_capacity 和完整 amenities 列表。
• 不含价格：Airbnb listing 页价格在页面打开后加载，因此不在读取内容中。
• price_total 和 available 为 null，行中带有 price_available_on_this_page: false。
• 如需价格，使用搜索端点。

补充：

• 200 且 properties 为空只表示 search_status: "empty"。
• 无法读取的页面不会返回 200。

• AI travel agents：flat JSON 可直接用于 tool call。
• Market analysis：行中有 coordinates，可按 neighbourhood 放置 listings；一次搜索一页，可用价格区间或 room type 多次搜索覆盖城市。
• Price alerts：定期重跑相同搜索，当 listing 的 price_total 下降或出现 price_original_total 时触发。

注意事项

• 实时读取，从缓存读取不适用，响应时间跟随 Airbnb。
• 日期格式为 YYYY-MM-DD。
• proxy_country 为两字母小写代码，如 us、de、fr。
• 独立 API，不隶属于、未获 Airbnb, Inc. 背书或赞助。
• 同一 RapidAPI key 可与此提供方的其他 API 一起使用：Google Flights Live API、Booking Live API；但需分别订阅。
• 一次搜索返回一页，测试中约 20 到 30 个 listings。
