资源简介:
Engineering construction seriously damaged the ecological environment, and it is urgent to clarify the interaction between vegetation, substrate and microorganisms of vegetated concrete ecological restoration technology, so as to optimize the ecological function sustainability of ecological restoration technology. It is of great significance for the large-scale popularization and application of vegetation concrete ecological restoration technology on high and steep slopes in damaged and disturbed areas. Based on this, the study was conducted on vegetated concretes (herbaceous, scrub, and arboreal) at different stages of vegetation community succession, and naturally restored slopes. To investigate the effects of different vegetation community succession stages on substrate properties, bacterial and fungal community structure and diversity, and to analyze the key factors driving changes in substrate microbial community structure. By revealing the microbial structure of substrates in different vegetation community succession stages in the ecosystems of high and steep slopes in the project-disturbed area, and its influencing factors, in order to provide scientific basis for the species allocation and management of reconstruction of damaged ecosystems in the project-disturbed area.
