The whole coastal area of Mozambique has been affected by recent heavy rains and floods. Urban areas, particularly the cities of Beira and Quelimane, have been significantly affected. The situation on the ground is reported to be very critical. Furthermore, the Tropical Storm Eighteen, forecasted for the 13th of March, is about to strike the same cities.<br>
