A 3D human motor neuron disease platform for high throughput drug screening

This datasets consists of two images of human induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (hiPSC) derived motor neuron-neurospheres, one treated with 5 µM MI132 to induce stress granule formation and the other one untreated. Channel 1 corresponds to Islet1 antibody staining, channel 2 to G3BP antibody staining and channel 3 corresponds to DAPI staining. Images have a z-stack that covers at least half the neurosphere.
