CESM Simulation Data and Figure Code for "Modeled Changes in Marine Primary Productivity during the Middle Miocene Warming"

This repository contains the CESM2-MARBL climatology for the submitted manuscript "Modeled Changes in Marine Primary Productivity during the Middle Miocene Warming" to Global Biogeochemical Cycles. There are netCDF files for the atmospheric (CAM) climatology and netCDF files for the oceanic (POP) climatology for two Middle Miocene simulations at 280 ppm (1x PI) and 560 ppm (2x PI) CO2 levels. The climatology was created from the last 30 years of the simulation run. Additionally, there is Python code included for the main figure creation.
