Hedonic (A) and aversive (B) reactions induced at 15 and 60 minutes post-microinjection, in saline, muscimol, DMSO/saline and DNQX drug conditions. Overall rostral rats (left) showed little overall changes in either behavior, whereas caudal rats (right) showed hedonic suppression and aversive enhancement (*p<.05; **p<.01).
