This dataset contains dissolved oxygen data analysed by the National Oceanographic Centre (NOC), using the Metrohm Ti-touch 916 onboard RRS James Cook. Samples were largely taken on CTD casts around Porcupine Abyssal Plain sustained observatory (PAP-SO @49N, 16.5W) during the RRS James Cook cruise JC278 in June 2025. The analysis was part of the Atlantic Climate and Environment Strategic Science (AtlantiS) project and these results will be used to calibrate PAP1 sensors and oxygen sensors on the CTDs.
