Transcriptomic profiling of micro-dissected full germlines and anterior intestine of adult c. elegans treated with ash-2 knockdown or empty vector control. ASH-2 is a key component of the COMPASS H3K4me3 methyltransferase complex, which positively regulates transcription of downstream target genes. This study aims to identify novel transcriptional targets of ASH-2 in specific tissues such as the germline and the intestine.
