5G应用智慧社区项目

    利用5G实现智慧社区的人、房、事、物、组织等万物、万事互联；利用数字孪生技术还原社区场景实现全景视角的社区治理；利用人工智能技术实现社区安全、服务智能发现，为居民提供安全、便捷的智慧化服务。    目前系统主要功能包括人员管理、车辆管理、房屋和业主信息管理、设备管理、社区服务管理等功能。    其中：1.人员管理可实现小区业主信息、访客信息、进出小区信息、重点监管人员信息等管理；2.车辆管理实现小区进出车辆管理、重点车辆管控等；3. 房屋管理实现小区房屋基础信息、出租信息和维修等管理；4.设备管理实现了小区监控设备、消防设备等多种物联网设备的运行状态监控管理；5.社区服务管理实现了政务服务功能向社区的延申、2-5公里生活商圈的便民服务整合、物业服务、养老服务、健康服务等管理；    本系统亮点功能是利用小区已有监控等物联网设备实现了智能识别与预警功能，例如智能识别践踏草地、误闯喷水池、人员倒地、人员聚集、消防通道占用、电动车违规上楼等诸多社区治理方面问题。

This system leverages 5G technology to achieve interconnection of all things, affairs, people, houses, events, organizations and other elements in smart communities; adopts digital twin technology to restore community scenarios and realize community governance with a panoramic perspective; and uses artificial intelligence technology to intelligently discover community security and service issues, providing residents with safe, convenient and smart services.
Currently, the main functions of the system include personnel management, vehicle management, housing and owner information management, equipment management, community service management and other functions.
1. Personnel Management: It can manage information of community owners, visitors, entry and exit records, key supervised personnel and other related information;
2. Vehicle Management: It realizes management of vehicles entering and exiting the community and control of key vehicles;
3. Housing Management: It manages basic housing information, rental information, maintenance records and other related contents in the community;
4. Equipment Management: It monitors and manages the operating status of various IoT devices such as community monitoring equipment and fire-fighting equipment;
5. Community Service Management: It extends government services to the community, integrates convenience services in the 2-5 km living business circle, and manages property services, elderly care services, health services and other related services.
The highlighted feature of this system is that it realizes intelligent recognition and early warning functions by using existing IoT devices such as community monitoring equipment. For example, it can intelligently identify various community governance issues including trespassing on lawns, accidental entry into fountains, person collapse, crowd gathering, occupancy of fire exits, unauthorized upstairs transportation of electric vehicles and more.
