资源简介:
Soil free living nematodes community composition was compared for five agro-management system at a basaltic soil. The sites differed in their long termmanagement system and were designed as organic farming , conventional, natural pasture, foliage farming, and open field. In this study we examine the effect of five diverse land use type in vineyard growth in basaltic soils on soil free living nematodes, density, diversity, and functionality was performed. We had found 22 families, 42 genera of which only 14 genera were present in all the soil samples, three bacteria feeders, 4 fungi feeders, 3 omnivores predators and 4 plantparasites, collected from the five sampling sites. The organic and foliarmanagement had been found to influence organic matter, however, did notstimulated bacteria and fungi feeder nematodes in comparison toconventional, open field and natural pasture. The higher abundance of bacteriafeeders were the Cephalobidae and Panagrolaimidae families, fungi feedersAnguinidae, Aphelenchidae families, ominvores-predators Aprocelaimidae,Qudsianematidae, and plant parasites Anguinidae, Nothotylenchidae andTylenchidae families.
