Transcriptomic analysis of lineage traced KitL+ endothelial cells from naive, small and large tumour bearing mammary gland tissue Overall design: Mice were treated with tamoxifen by oral gavage 10 times over 12 days (5 days gavage, 2 days pause, 5 days gavage) to induce stable EYFP labelling of KitL+ endothelial cells. Afterwards mice were either mock treated or received intramammary EO771 cell injection. FACS sorted EYFP+ (7AAD-CD45-Ter119-Epcam-Pdgfra-CD31+) endothelial cells were processed for single cell RNA sequencing according to the 10x Chromium Single Cell 3' protocol
