PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPING THE PRACTICAL COMPETENCE OF LISTENERS

This article provides a scientific-theoretical analysis of the pedagogical and psychological features of developing the practical competence of listeners enrolled at the regional centers for retraining and professional development of higher education personnel. The study reveals the foundations of the competence-based approach, the specific patterns of adult education (andragogy), and the role of motivational-volitional and cognitive processes in the formation of practical skills. According to the results of the empirical research, the combined use of interactive methods, reflective exercises, and case-study technology significantly enhances the practical competence of listeners. Based on the obtained results, scientific and methodological recommendations aimed at improving the professional development process have been developed.
