RNA-seq analysis of human cancer cell lines of cervical HeLa, osteosarcoma U2OS, hepatocellular HepG2 and colon SW480 after treatment with local anesthetic lidocaine

Growing evidence has revealed that anesthetic management influences the prognosis of cancer patients. The application of local anesthesia during the perioperative period improves their outcomes. However, its precise mechanism is still unresolved. To elucidate the effect of lidocaine on cancer cell growth, we performed RNA-seq using these cell lines.
