scATAC-seq of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells from different time-course of LCMV-Armstrong infected mice

scATAC-seq from LCMV-specific P14 CD8+ T cells after LCMV-Armstrong at day 0 (Naïve), day 2 (D2), day 8 (D8-1 and D8-2), and day 180 (D180) post infection LCMV-specific P14 cells were sorted from mice infected with LCMV-Armstrong days 0, 2, 8 and 180 post infection. scATAC-seq libraries were prepared using 10x Genomics kits.
