Hybrids of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces bayanus, and parental Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces bayanus Raw sequence reads. Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces bayanus

One (or two) S. cerevisiae chromosomes were systematically replacedby their S. bayanus homologs to generate chromosome specific introgressed hybrids. Chromosome pairs 6-10, 8-15 contain reciprocaltranslocations when compared with the S. cerevisiaehomeologous chromosomes (Fischer et al., 2000). For thesechromosomes, we had to replaced the translocated pairs altogether, while the rest of the introgressed hybrids only contain one foreign chromosome.
