Single-cell, immune-repertoire and spatial transcriptomic data of labial salivary glands in Sjögren's disease

The data comprise single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), paired single-cell T-cell and B-cell receptor repertoire sequencing (TCR-seq / BCR-seq), and spatial transcriptomics (10x Visium) of labial salivary gland (LSG) biopsies from patients with primary Sjögren's disease (pSjD) and Sicca controls.
