These are the Raw data of the test set results for the IDH mutation status (see Table 5 in the paper) and for the Subtype (see Table 6) classification performances in adult-type gliomas. These results were calculated in the outer loop of the nested cross-validation procedure for the deep learning model developed in this study. The results are reported for the model based only on conventional magnetic resonance (MR) images, only on multi-shell diffusion MR images, and based on the combination of conventional and multi-shell diffusion MR images.
