Dataset for: Study of Descentralized Agroecological Fairs in Peru: Dataset 3 - Consumer Surveys (Preferences, Perceptions, and Demographic Characteristics)

This dataset compiles responses from consumer surveys conducted in local agroecological fairs to characterize purchasing behavior, preferences, and perceptions of fairgoers. It includes demographic information (such as age, gender, and income), as well as consumers’ evaluations of the products offered, the fairness of prices, the quality of the shopping environment, and overall satisfaction with the fairs. A minimum sample of 25 consumers was collected per fair. The dataset supports analyses related to consumer profiles, demand patterns, and factors influencing consumer engagement in local fairs.
