This independent theoretical work demonstrates that spacetime, gravity, and the local dark-matter density ρ_DM = 0.300 ± 0.015 GeV/cm³ are not fundamental entities but transient thermodynamic illusions that exist only while the electromagnetic vacuum entanglement entropy can still increase.When the second law of thermodynamics is locally saturated (maximum entanglement entropy), time and space literally cease to exist in that region.The exact value 0.300 GeV/cm³ emerges analytically, with no free parameters, from the observed galactic magnetic coherence length (∼1 kpc) and the standard electromagnetic vacuum entropy density.Three immediate, decisive experimental tests are proposed:Measurable weight reduction (Δm/m ∼ 10⁻⁴–10⁻³) of any object inside a closed perfect superconductor (Meissner phase). Absence of extra gravitational lensing in cosmic voids (lowest B-field regions). Complete disappearance of the constant phase in MAGIS-100/AION-km/ZAIGA when shielded with superconductors.
