COMPASS_Datasets

This Zenodo record contains the datasets used in the associated study. The deposited files include: Train.zip: the TrainDataset used for model training. Test.zip: the TestDataset used for model evaluation. CASMI2022.zip: the CASMI 2022 subset used for performance evaluation. Antitumor.zip: the AntitumorDataset. MSGTestDataset.zip: the MSGTestDataset. These datasets are provided to support the reproducibility and further evaluation of the methods described in the associated article.
