Improving anxiety research novel approach to reveal trait anxiety through summary measures of multiple states - behavioural data for RNAseq experiment

This dataset includes a range of behavioural variables of different complextiy collected from a longitudinal anxiety sampling on rats. The dataset is a supplementary of the paper titled "Improving anxiety research: novel approach to reveal trait anxiety through summary measures of multiple states". The data has been used for identifying RNA expression correlates of anxiety-like behaviour and can be further used together with the raw count RNAseq data of the same paper.
