Data and scripts for "How past climate changes in the Central Andes shaped plant-pollinator interactions and influenced floral phenotypic evolution in Salvia stachydifolia"

Overview This dataset contains the data and code required to replicate analyses in "How past climate changes in the Central Andes shaped plant-pollinator interactions and influenced floral phenotypic evolution in Salvia stachydifolia" (under review). The analyses aimed to test whether past climate changes influenced the current distribution of S. stachydifolia pollination ecotypes (bee- and hummingbird-pollinated). We modelled the current and past distributions of S. stachydifolia and its main pollinators in the Central Andes, a region shaped by glacial fluctuations during the Pleistocene. Then, we evaluated whether floral morphological variations are explained by current or past levels of spatial interaction with pollinators.
