该数据为2021年1月1日至2025年11月1日宁波市中医院儿科门诊医疗服务活动过程中产生的1207例小儿抽动症患儿诊疗数据，包含数据功能形态、首诊日期、诊断、使用方剂、适用范围、治疗效果、治疗前后评分、改善积分等信息。本数据集可为4至14周岁小儿抽动症的临床治疗用药指导，并为该疾病的中西医结合科研研究、医学教学、学术交流、院内制剂研发提供数据支撑。

This dataset includes 1207 diagnosis and treatment records of pediatric patients with tic disorder, collected from the pediatric outpatient department of Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period from January 1, 2021 to November 1, 2025. The contained information covers data functional forms, initial consultation date, clinical diagnosis, prescribed formulas, applicable scope, treatment outcomes, pre- and post-treatment scores, and improvement scores. This dataset can provide clinical medication guidance for the treatment of pediatric tic disorder among children aged 4 to 14 years, and offer data support for integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine scientific research, medical education, academic exchanges, and the development of in-hospital preparations related to this disease.
