资源简介:
This article uses a semi-automatic gelatinous layer analyzer for pyrolysis coking experiments, and extracts samples of gelatinous bodies at different stages using an ice water bath quenching method to more effectively maintain the solid structure of the gelatinous bodies; Based on the changes in probe resistance during the testing process of the glial layer analyzer, the quenched glial body was cut and divided into different stages. Multiple characterization methods including FTIR, XRD, Raman, and 13C-NMR were used to comprehensively analyze the structural evolution of the glial body stage from the perspectives of molecular functional group structure, microcrystalline structure, carbon defects and graphitized carbon structure, and carbon skeleton structure. The row markers in document 1 represent the different structural parameters of 13C-NMR, while the column markers represent the raw coal and different regions of the gelatinous body of four coking coals with different degrees of metamorphism. The columns in Document 2 represent the different structural parameters of FTIR, while the rows represent the raw coal and different regions of gelatinous bodies from four different degrees of metamorphism of coking coal. The columns in file 3 are labeled with different structural parameters of Raman, and the rows are labeled with different regions of raw coal and gelatinous bodies of coking coal with four different degrees of metamorphism. The columns in document 4 represent the different structural parameters of XRD, while the rows represent the different regions of raw coal and gelatinous bodies of coking coal with four different degrees of metamorphism. Figures 3 to 12 in File 5 show the characterization results spectra or structural parameter change trends of raw coal and four types of coal with different degrees of metamorphism, where the horizontal axis represents different regions of raw coal and gelatinous bodies, and the vertical axis represents different structural parameters.
