Thermoporometry analysis of silica and carbon materials: comparison of calibration method and delta layer width determination approach

This dataset contains raw experimental data used for the thermoporometry (TPM) characterization of mesoporous silica (S1–S3) and carbon materials (C1–C2). The dataset includes differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves of frozen water melting in porous structures and nitrogen physisorption isotherms measured at 77 K. The data enable independent evaluation of pore size distributions using different TPM approaches, including calibration-based and δ-layer methods, as described in the associated publication.
