南方大豆新材料疫霉根腐病抗性鉴定数据，采用下胚轴创伤接种法：将材料各取12粒种植于盛有蛭石的一次性塑料杯中，在温室培养待第一片真叶展开时，选取10株长势一致的植株，在下胚轴用手术刀切一个1cm的伤口，取在V8培养基上培养5天左右活力较高的菌丝块贴于伤口处，保湿48h，随后放置于正常条件生长，5天后调查抗感情况。

Dataset for Phytophthora root rot resistance identification of new southern soybean materials. The hypocotyl wound inoculation protocol was adopted: 12 seeds of each test material were sown in disposable plastic cups filled with vermiculite, and cultivated in a greenhouse until the first true leaf fully expanded. Ten plants with consistent growth were selected, a 1-centimeter wound was incised on the hypocotyl with a scalpel, and a high-viability mycelial plug cultured on V8 medium for approximately 5 days was affixed to the wound. The inoculated plants were kept under moisturized conditions for 48 hours, then transferred to standard growth conditions, and the resistance and susceptibility phenotypes were evaluated 5 days post-inoculation.
