We report changes in gene expression of iPSC-derived brain microvascular endothelial cells (iBMECs) within 3D tissue-engineered microvessels co-cultured with metastatic breast cancer spheroids and macrophages. Overall design: 9 total samples; n=3 for iBMEC microvessels with surrounding cancer spheroids, cancer spheroid and macrophage co-culture, and their corresponding control (no cancer or macrophages).
