This dataset systematically collects small-molecule chemical constituent information of each herb in the classic traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula "Shensu Yin", including Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Qianhu (Radix Peucedani), Zhike (Fructus Aurantii), Zisuye (Folium Perillae), Gegen (Radix Puerariae Lobatae), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae), Dazao (Fructus Jujubae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) and other herbs. The dataset covers multi-target and multi-component interaction relationships, and is suitable for network pharmacology analysis, elucidation of the formula's mechanism of action, multi-target drug screening and modernization research of traditional Chinese medicine. It provides molecular-level data support for understanding the traditional efficacy of "Shensu Yin": replenishing qi and relieving exterior symptoms, regulating qi and resolving phlegm.
