Phenotypic plasticity weakens density dependence in a non-stationary environment

This repository contains the raw data, metadata, and analysis code required to reproduce the manuscript figures and tables reported in “Phenotypic plasticity weakens density dependence in a non-stationary environment” (Zec, Temizyürek and Hart). It includes the raw data files underlying all analyses, a codebook describing each dataset’s variables and units, R scripts for data preparation and statistical modelling, Stan model source files, and helper functions. Selected saved model outputs are provided for the baseline population-dynamics analyses to support a faster rebuild path, while other results are regenerated by running the provided code.
