Genotyping-by-sequencing of NY isolates of Phytophthora capsici

We sequenced via genotyping-by-sequencing 252 isolates of Phytophthora capsici, predominantly from New York state, in order to understand the population structure of this important plant pathogen in NY, determine the extent to which isolates feature chromosomal copy number variation, and to conduct a genome-wide association study for mating type and sensitivity to the fungicide mefenoxam.
