Identifying target genes for the long noncoding RNA, GATA2-AS1

We have identified a set of endothelial-enriched long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in another experiment. In this experiment, we aim to identify genes that are regulated by the GATA2-AS1 lncRNA. We have depleted GATA2-AS1 using two distinct siRNA in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) In this experiment, we use total cellular RNA from HUVEC treated with either a non-targeting (Ctl) siRNA or one of two siRNAs targeting GATA2-AS1. We have paired comparisons of Ctl siRNA versus two distinct siRNAs in three biological lines of HUVEC.
